Conscious care for nature can be found in every element from heating to cleaning the water and decorations. The gourmet restaurant serves dishes made with high-quality, seasonal ingredients, most of which are harvested in the surrounding area. Wild herbs and vegetables are grown on raised beds in the garden of Green Luxury Hotel Pfösl. Every Thursday in summer guests have the opportunity to bake bread according to South Tyrolean tradition in the 300-year-old oven.
In the spa, a heated panoramic infinity pool, eight saunas, a Kneipp parkour and handmade loungers with views of nature await you. Products from the South Tyrolean spa brand Team Dr. Joseph are used for treatments.
Sustainability applies to all areas of the hotel. This green luxury hotel is on the way to climate neutrality: heated with biomass, starting in 2023 photovoltaics have been installed on the roof, purchases are made hyper-regionally and everything that still generates CO2 is compensated via programs MyClimate and Turn To Zero.
